Exemption!

I just took my pp3 exemption exam hours ago...kalau berjaya dapat 70 marks and above..there's no need to sit for pp3 final dah..best kan~.. =) So,how was it? kalo tanye myself~..i'll say -take a pillow, place your face on it and jerit kuat2...susah!!..it's incredibly harder than what we thought!! and lagi susah than what we've expected..*nanges*..we heard rumors saying that pp3 exemption lagi berganda2 senang dari final exam..kalo camni la tahap senang yg dorang cakap tu..nanti final nanti camne la eh.. yang paling sedihnya is the exam day is on hari raya ke-2 which is why we are trying to pass this exemption..sedih~..macam tak dapat je..

                           

3hours duration, 5 prescriptions. mine were 3 controlled drug prescriptions, 1 emergency supply and the last one is pediatric..sungguh blur hokehh..nerves pon ye jugak..time memula Ian towle bagi briefing pasal exam tu jantung da berdebar2..tangan gigil2..astaghfirullahalazim..dahsyat tak dahsyat..tak tahu kenape smpy gigil2 tangan tuh..

sedih lebih kurang camni tadi..=(

           Bile 1st presription dah dispense, 2nd n 3rd menyusul..tapi bile sampai kat prescription no 4 tuh..da tinggal sejam plus yang tinggal ni la yang agak susah..CD subutex dengan diamorphine 500mg.. bile flipped over the page utk wat dose check utk diamorphine tu..terus blur?apekah?use in syringe whatt?syringe driver?ya rabbal alamin..mendalah mende die bagi ni..tak penah2 dapat pon prescription camni..da la dose bukan men tinggi sampai 500mg..tu la yang bermain kt pikiran time tuh..flip3..tgkla m/s 23 bnf ni barulah tahu mende nk buat..tu pon blur2 gak sbb die bagi lam ampoules..jadi,nk kena tulis ape kat direction nih?reconstitute 1 ampoules?time tulah baru rase 'byk rupenye lagi nk kena study..bukan stkt module ngn bnf je'..T.T 

                         

pasal Subutex tu plak..haih..tak terkata..tak tahu nk bagi bape tablet kat patient tuh..patient tgh on subutex withdrawal process..jadi??

me: could u please specify how many tablets the patient are taking?

prescriber : how much do you want me to give?

rasenye2 kalo dalam realiti ade tak perkara camni terjadi?ia seakan-akan:

pharmacist : doc, how many tablets this patient are taking?

doctor : how many do u want me to give?

pharmacist: ?? bukan ke u yang diagnosed the patient?

bley ke situasi sebegini berlaku??haih..ntahlah..as a pharmacist i ought to know right..tambah2 lagi dah ade BNF kat tangan..sepatutnye kena tahu la agaknye...(kena bykkan lagi reflect diri sendiri nih)

ape2 pon, exemption kali ni make me realize that i really need to work more on opioid withdrawal dose checking plus time management untuk satu2 prescription. tadi seperti biasa i'm the last person to dispense the drug..and ttadaaaa~~almost cried in front of Alan!..keke~sebbnye??it was only several seconds left before the exam over. seriously da bergenang air mata kot..haih seb bek tak tumpah je...

kesimpulannye..tadi memang hororrr!!..*dislike* >.<

lastly, hopefully among the 6 of us ade la sorang dua lepas exemption nih..amin~..pengalaman yang agak menarik arini..horor2 pon still pengalaman gak..tu la yang membuatkan hidup ni menarik~..btol tak?..^^
