Sumsa oh~ sumsa

Sabtu lepas peah n me bertanggungjawab untuk memasak for the whole house..and also that evening ade perjumpaan ngn post-graduate senior..ktorang igtkan cik An and isterinya je yang nak jumpa and kenal2 ngan kitorang, tak sangka pulak ahli-ahli KMG (komuniti malaysia glasgow) yang lain pon ada skali..meeting tu pukul 6.30 tapi disebabkan start masak lambat, kitorang gerak dari rumah pon lambat..dalam pukul 7.45pm camtu kot(lambat gile kan..kalo datang lecture time camni memang da kena halau keluar dah (>.<) )..dahla keluar rumah pon lambat..sesat lagi!!.... (=.=!!)

Sumsa tu punyalah dekat sebenarnya dengan hostel kitorang..hari tu penah datang sekali untuk semayang.. erm..sumsa tu ala2 macam surau kecik plus tempat2 perjumpaan muslimin n muslimat kat glasgow ni..SUMSA stands for student union muslim s-- a-- ..tak igt~ gomennasai...T.T..lagi 2 huruf tu nt nak kena komfemkan dengan yana..

so..berpusing la kitorang carik sumsa tuh..da kol 8.30pm pon tak jumpa2 lagi..tepon yana tanya direction..da jumpa da landmark untuk nk pegi sumsa tu tapi tak jumpa jugak..confius!..

Lastnye berkat direction dari kak syifa' yakni senior ktorang yang baik hati lagi kelakar..jumpa jugak sumsa tu..^^..love you kak syifa'~~..(tetibe wat shoutout kat sini)..hehe..

bile da jumpa pintu masuk tu..serba salah kot nak masuk..da la sedia lambat....kalo lecture tu memang da tak msk da..tapi disebabkan dorang da tunggu lama..(seyes rase serba salah)..beranikan diri untuk masuk..jumpa la senior2 post-graduate..all of them sangat baik..bout 7 8 orang jugak la..most of them da kawen n da ade anak..their kids sangattttt comelll!!..da macam anak orang putih dah..sangat fair and they have this pink colour on their cheeks..sungguh comelllll!!..>.<...and their accents!..kalah orang yang wat phd kat uk..punye la smooth accent dorang nih..haih..untungla~..

Berjalan dalam hujan~

Jumaat lepas (kalo tak salah la) ktorang berenam, 5 girls+zamir nak pegi tengok2 asian market kat cni..zamir la cakap ade asian supermarket..jadi kitorang excited nk pegi..sebab nk cari barang2 yang besenye ade kat malaysia..serai..halia..cili api..kicap.sos cili..seraii..serai tu adalah top list!..sume gara2 zamir tak bwk stok serai dari malaysia aritu..dahh takde stok serai kt rumah ni...walaupon da 3 minggu kat cni..kalo sebut word 'serai' je mesti name zamir naik..haha..sume orang merungut kot takde serai..tak seronok nk masak.. >.<

So,after safety briefing kat Hamnet Building, kitorang pon terus la gerak nk pegi Chung Ying tuh(the asian supermarket)..eh,cop..ktorang pegi mskkan duet lam bank dulu..pastu baru gerak p sane..cuaca di saat itu sangat la sejuk~~..angin bertiup bak badai di lautan..menggigil kot..luckily i'm wearing the rain coat..so does the rest..diana ngn masyitah siap pakai kot bulu2 lagi..ehehehe..mereka berdua tu sangat la kurusnye..lagi la rase sejuk yg melampau2..

Dari bank nak ke chung ying tu punye la jauhhhhhhh..zamir kate sebab kiteorang singgah bank, kalo tak dekat je chung ying ngn JBC tu..(jbc is our hostel name)..jadi, berjalan la meredah hujan~..even da pakai rain coat pon,diri sendiri still nk menumpang kasih sayang payung peah..hujan takde la lebat mane tapi angin~..sejukkkkk....(>.<)..-menyorok bawah payung dgn harapan angin sejuk tak kena muka-

Abes shopping kat chung ying, we headed to city kecuali zamir..being the only lelaki melayu terakhir kat glasgow ni, die offer la nk bwk barang rumah blk n we went empty handed to the city..hehe..thanks zamir..
yana n me,we went to see some flower shop..bukan shop sgt la kot..die more to open sale?eh..tak tau la nk describe camne..tgk la nt video kt bawah nt..igtkn nk bli la bunge kecik2 nk letak tepi tingkap..tapi~..tak jadi sbb sume bunge pon nmpk cantek..rambang mata nk pilih+hujan = sejuk and tak tahan nk pusing lama2 pilih bunga..so many flowers~..sunflower ade..daisy ade..lavender ade..if my mum tengok mesti nk bli setiap bunga satu pot..hehe..my mum sgt suka bunge..kt rumah tu penuh bunge sekeliling rumah..^^

Abes2 pusing, yana n me headed home..tak sempat nk bukak pintu masuk jbc lagi tetibe dpt kol dari peah..dia adalah terpisah dari masyitah n diana~ lagi..luckily sume orang da igt jalan blk rumah..so,takde la risau sgt macam time memule masyitah hilang tuh..2nd day in glasgow da hilang kat city..alhamdulillah takde pape happened..pasni kalo hilang lagi da tak payah risau dah sbb sume orang pon da ade giffgaff n dah expert da jalan2 kt city tuh..(excluding me)..peah siap bley wat jalan shortcut sendiri lagi..haha..mmg expert abes dak tuh..XD

So,that's all..byk mende yg happened lately such as perarakan kat jalan aritu but tak sempat nk tgk..len kali kalo ade lagi i'll go kejar that parade..

My bank card is here!

Semalam kelas cam bese 9-12pm..tutorial 1-1.30pm..tak penat sangat and sgt banyak waktu lapang...igtkan nk ikut peah ngn yana pegi Aldi bli strawberry tapi~..tak jadi..huhu..terpakse pegi arini pas kelas.. After tutorial smlm, the four of us headed to the village office.. Village Office (VO) ni ala2 pejabat asrama la..sume urusan2 yang berkaitan dengan our accommodations ,sume boleh refer kat cni..even kalo duet dobi kena telan ngn mesin dobi tu pon boleh claim kat cni balik..hebat tak..huhu..so, all our letters, packages or mende2 len kecuali parcel akan dihantar kat situ..

Earlier yesterday morning, we received a notice from VO to collect some kinda envelope. tu yang pegi VO after tutorial tu..and guess what..the letter from the bank sampai..yeay!!..aritu ktorang apply utk bank card ..arini baru sampai..agak lambat kan?..kalo kat malaysia aritu jugak boleh siap..mungkin for some reasons their procedure memang macam tu..in fact, other banks like The Royal Bank of Scotland and The Bank of scotland pon seems to be following the same procedure..rasenye la sebab lots of our batch mates pon seems to be collecting the letter from the bank..most of them open their account with RBS but ours,we prefer Lloyds TSB..^^

What amaze me the most is kat sini, the bank card as well as the pin num are delivered to your address in separate envelope one following the other..and of course bank card tu sampai dulu..mungkin esok atau luse no pin utk kad tu akan sampai..hurmm..bank card pon bley wat delivery eh...sgt advanced org kat cni..hee..

Disebabkan cuaca yang sgt sejuk smlm (wlupon hari2 pon sejuk)..jadi menghabeskan mase ddk mengadap laptop tgk anime..hehe..(walaupon spttnye kn tgk prescription kan tapi~..(>.<) ) ..sambil2 tgk anime tu sambil2 jugak tgk burung lalu tepi tingkap..hee..kengkadang terkejut jugak..apemende la yang lalu tadi..da la laju..macam tren lalu pon ade..err..mgkin ayat tu sgt hyperbola..hehe..even so..selalunye macam tu la..satu dua burung singgah lalu tepi tingkap tapi smlm macam bukan 1 2 ekor..berekor2 rasenye..sgt gembire dorang terbang2.. ape2 pon..yesterday was quite a nice day..but today is nicer!..sangat sunny!..<3

So~,arini berjaya carik strawberry kat aldi..pas pegi kedai photostate.. kat cni kedai photostate is a bit different dari kdi photostate kt malaysia..u need to make a copy by yourself..tak tau la sume kedai pon cmtu tapi setakat yg ktorang pegi ni la..kena wat sendiri..then,byr kt kaunter..one copy = 7p..ok la kot hargenye.

George square to People's palace?

Hari ni rase sangat malas nk keluar sebb keje lab tak siap lagi. Plus pagi tadi bangun pon agak lambat sebab tdo pon sgt lambt~..Hand phone plak wat hal..how should i know android 2.1 is much more inconvenient than android v.2.2..there's a very significant gap between those 2 and you cannot suka2 je upgrade to the latest version cause it won't  let u to..jadinye sebahagian pagi tadi dihabeskan utk phone sahaja.. the problem is my memory card is 8gb tapi all those apps that've been downloaded from the android market semua msk lam phone storage and bukan memory card..mane la hp tu tak bleep2 cakap low storage..then,terpakse la cari mr.google for the solution..godek2 hp je da berejam..buku ke mana BNF ke mane..T.T..what a morning..

then tengahhari time makan2 ngn dak rumah..dorang kate nk keluar jalan2..memula rase macam tak nk ikut tapi kalo fikir2 balik, am i really gonna do my homework while they're strolling the street?..be realistic,disebabkan da knl diri sendiri for the past 23 tahun..rasenye macam tak..n macam best jalan2..cuaca agak cerah harini n tak sehujan semalam...sehujan?..Oh My Ayat!..haha..gediks!..XD

Enough of the nonsense..kesimpulannye ktorang keluar  rumah around 4pm..hari ni ahad..most of the stores closed at 5pm..so,plannye: nak jalan ikut kaki..haha..but then with one hala tuju..to the people's palace..name tempat tu People's palace and Winter garden.. name gah bukan men kan..that's what we have in mind..nak pegi sane tapi tau2 je la..last minute nye decision..dgn tak tau jalan nye..peta ntah ke mane..memang miracle la kalo sampai..

Tgh jalan2 ikut kaki ni, sampai la kat George's Square..the only dataran merah kat UK..and its situated in glasgow..cantik gak la..orang kate one of the tourist spot..ktorang tangkap2 gambr kat sane and there's also The Olympic ring!..ramai btol org nk tangkap gmbr kat ctu..so kinda like taking turns..ermm..ye ke..tapi yg penting ktorng la yg conquer olympic ring tuh..bese la..dak2 rumah ni mmg suke kemo2 nih..haha..

Moving on..kitorang smpy la kat city..kat city ni la tempat2 shopping sume..tadi kate nk pegi people's palace kan?..well,guess what..tak jumpe jalan..ntah ke mane2 sesat ntah..so,jalan2 je la..pastu masyitah ngn peah nk pegi bridge yg ktorang pegi aritu..on the way, terjumpa kedai fast food yang ade word 'halal'..excited!!..jual burger halal!..terpakse masuk n take away..haha..burger die agak besar n the guy who took our order is kinda cute..eh..bukan cute,hensem la..ni yana yg cakap..XD

Oh!lupe nk cakap, while we were strolling along the street, ktorang terjumpe a group of guy performing musical instrument..classic instruments!..mende yang pipe2 tu..hee..guys in skirt (kilt) playing bagpipes.. sgt tradisional..well,tu dorang nye customs?ye ke customs..more like heritage kot kan..but sgt menarek..music die..ermmm..hee..len orang len taste..pe2 pon..ce dengar kt bawah ni..;D

pastu..ktorang pegi bridge and acroos the bridge tu ade macam town..bak kate diri sendiri..town yang macam abandoned..T.T..menakutkan..for me la..tapi sebenarnye ade je org kat ctu cume thats the kind of feeling that i get ...cam nk cepat2 patah blk..huhu...mungkin disebabkn tak ade byk tmpt menarek sgt kat ctu so ktorang tak spend byk sgt mase kat sane..lebih kurang less than half an hour..

Laundry day~

Sabtu = laundry day..

Harini je la kurang busy sket. sebenarnye weekdays pon tak berape nk busy sebb kelas 3 jam je..tapi kalo campur tutorial kol 1-2pm and prep work yang nk kene wat before kelas hari esoknye..boleh la dikatakan busy weekdays kat cni.. [sbnrnye malas nk membasuh time weeksdays..penat..(>.<) ]

Bilik laundry tu kat tingkat satu blok J..my room is in blok H 4th floor..jadi nk kene jalan byk jugak la nk sampai bilik membasuh tuh..dengan mengangkut baju2 yang tak basuh lagi..mengharungi angin lintang yang bercampur gerimis hujan~..memang kene pakai berlapis2 baju takpon windbreaker on the way nk membasuh..tadi turun pakai selipar je..gigih kan..punye la malas nk sarung kasut..da menggigil2 time jalan..hee..

Bilik laundry ni ade 2..satu kat blok J satu lagi kat bilik G?..ke D ntah..orang kate kat blok J ni lagi bagus dari blok lagi satu tuh...tapinyeeee..pengering die satu je yang elok..out of 3 satu je yang effectively dried your clothes..sakit jiwa je bile turun bawah kuarkan baju dari drier tu baju bley la menitik2 lagi airnye..T.T.. membazir 1pound..bley dpt susu 2liter + duet balance kot ngn duet tuh..redha je la..

So,sekarang tgh tunggu lagi 50minit utk keringkan baju gune machine yg elok tuh..harap2 kering la..tak larat nk turun naik2 tangga..oh..lupe nk ckp..hostel ni mmg takde lift langsung..even kat faculty pon takde lift..eh..ke tak terjumpe lift lagi..hehe..rasenye macam takde je sbb lecturers pon gune tangge..hurmm..cam pelik plak kan..nanti la..nt check balik ade ke tak lift kat fac tuh..hehe

 Dryer. yang ade beg biru tu je yang bagus. yang tengah tu rosak n yg last tu tak bape nk 'garing' baju kalo pakai..(bak kate peah)

                                           Ni washing machine. pon ade 3 gak..

Start!

Tadaaa~so..this will be a very quick  and short entry since subuh da masuk..perlu semayang subuh and tidur so that tomorrow morning boleh bangun awal n have breakfast and hopefully siapkan kerja prep utk kelas nanti..hehe..

Today is my 1 2 3..erm..11th? day in glasgow and semalam the 5th day in lab..lab 3 jam sehari..counsel patient, dispense ubat and stuff.. mende2 lam kelas kene cite kat entry len sebb banyak~ sangat mende nak cite..mungkin esok bley wat new entry or day after?or after..or..tgk la camne..hee

So, blog ni dibuat khas utk menceritakan mende2 yang berlaku kat cni selama berada/study/berjalan/bersukaria/study again/etc etc kat glasgow nih...walaupon da terlambat beberapa hari (takde entry utk hari 1st till 10th) tapi akan try to catch up with those later..;p and hopefully there's a few photo's come along with every one of it..insyaAllah..
